@@jimmyispromo Damn, you're strong brother! Look up Myogenix Joint and Tissue. It's got glucosamine and more importantly UC-II which is amazing for joint pains. That and about 4 to 6 fish oil a day and you should be good. Otherwise talk to a doctor about bpc-157. I tore my tricep off the bone trust me I know about elbow pain but everything above helped me out a bunch. That and look up the TH-cam channels (Pre)hab and Squat University they are amazing for injury prevention or on fixing current injuries. Hope this helps and sorry for the lengthy response!
