Bridget is wrong. It is the rhetoric that is exacerbating partisan tensions. Free speech absolutism doesn't mean we don't recognize the consequences of speech, only that we don't use the government to suppress it. Cultural shaming, however, is entirely warranted.

The issue is why is Springfield dying in the first place to have room for 20k Haitians? Why have so many Ohioans left over the years?
That's the thing, Springfield is a booming little city. These immigrants are bunking, almost 20 of them taking turns renting a bed. People, families have been evicted because landlords figured out they could make more money from renting a bed than renting to a family. Ex: bed is rented to one person for 8 hrs for $50/day, there's 24 hrs in a day, so they can average 3 people per bed, in a 3 bedroom house, that's at the lowest $450/day and $13,500/month vs $1,200.00/month renting to a family...

I enjoy the show, but when reading the comnents, half of them make me concerned that I may have had a stroke. However, upon re-examination, my concern shifts to the incapability of some commenters to write complete and comprehensible sentences. Is there a language barrier here?

It also invalidates the votes of everyone in those states with rules you may disagree with. It goes back to the straight democracy rule of the mob that we as a country have been spiralling toward for decades. The "well what about exceedingly rare incident" garbage is always a red flag that the person truly has the perspective that they want women to have "murder the baby" rights but does not have the integrity to own that perspective. Both sides do this crap and both are wrong for it. What percentage of aborted fetuses were a danger to the mother's health? Why are we discussing this scenario as if it is the main issue then?
