Your field technique and results are amazing. I am so glad I stumbled on to your channel. Thank you for your contribution to the fascinating world of macro photography. Hope there is a photo book in your future!
Absolutely stunning shots, congratulations to them! Please keep up the good work and posting these relaxing and instructive videos. I am also more then interested about your photo editing routine and also focus stacking methods. Wishing you good lights and all the best, cheers! :D
Thank you so much 🙏🏾. I have 2 editing videos which shows my current editing routine and I also have a handheld stacking video guide where I give tips and focus stacking methods
My problem fixing ants often is when the ant is unsharp and overlapping another so getting a whole ant in focus requires more luck than fixing. Your video on how you do it would be interesting.
Yeah that’s true. The whole ant on the left petal wasn’t all the way in focus in that shot because it kept moving, but I still made it work. I’ll drop that video soon
The depth of field in macro photography is really shallow and focus stacking can increase the DOF in a shot. Sometimes one shot is enough but it all depends on the kind of shot I’m going for
Trey, do you print your work? If not YOU NEED TO! I would like to see an episode on how you stack your images and what program (if not PS) you are using for stacking images. Thanks!
I’ve considered printing my work and I probably will start doing that in the near future. I have a handheld stacking guide video on the channel unless you mean a macro adventure video where I talk about how I go about stacking and my thought process when out in the field?
@@WestCoastViviI read your comment wrong, thought you meant an episode where I talk about stacking while out in the field. But I use photoshop to stack images and I do have 1 video up so far that shows how to stack in photoshop + some editing tips
I’m never disappointed when I watch your macro adventures! Keep ‘em coming!
Thank you so much 🙏🏾🙏🏾 more otw
Love your work. I wish I could handhold focus stacking. You are a fantastic artist.
Thank you so much 🙏🏾🙏🏾 means a lot

Thank you so much 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I’ve never considered doing a photo book, but since you brought it up, I’ll look into maybe doing one in the future sometime
This is outstanding work!! I like the outcome. They match and look coming from one artist. You finally find your style of postprosessing I think.
Thank you so much 🙏🏾🙏🏾 and yes I’m glad you noticed that, I’m finally starting to develop my own style
Outstanding opening of the video. Thanks for IDing your insecta and flora. Your shots are great. Keep them coming.
Thank you so much 🙏🏾

Lots of work but delicate results. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much 🙏🏾
Great video, I'm not the biggest fan of stacking so for me your single shot images are the best. Love the images with all the soft tones.
Thank you so much 🙏🏾
i'm amazed at your handheld stacking. wonderful images as ususal. 🥰
Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Hi. I just wander how you select the keepers after so many photos. Nice video again. Thank you.
I’ll look over all the pics on my computer and the keepers I put in a folder
Awesome pictures, great videos!
I appreciate it 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Just found and subscribed to this channel. Never done macro before. What’s the use of stacking? One photo isn’t enough?
