I just recently sold my ear buds 2 Pro in which I'm gutted because i liked the sound it produced and was quite loud . But the reason why i sold them was just like the buds pro they kept infecting my ears i have never had a problem with any other buds or even the samsung icon X it just the buds pro and buds 2 pro..

According to cdc.gov: Bacteria or viruses can cause a middle ear infection: Bacteria, like Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae (nontypeable) are the two most common bacteria causing middle ear infection. Viruses, like those that cause colds can cause middle ear infection. Therefore, I also recommend you to check the above causes, since earbuds themselves cannot produce any Bacteria or Viruses, but the environment may be one of the reasons. Anyway, I hope your ear-infection would be solved by now.

This is the same as me unfortunately. I got ear infection from the buds+. Im now having second thoughts whether i should buy these now
