But the hype and marketing buzz these events attempt to instil have become so overkill, and borderline embarrassing. New and improved materials! A new naming convention! More power! My God enough. dude the A12 is the best chip out there and the only 7nm processor. Last i remember snapdragon 845 has trouble keeping up with A10 chip from 2 years ago. so there isn't any companies offering this much at this price. while i wish the screen was higher resolution.... it's whatever....

Personally, I am an Android fan anyway, but I don't dislike iPhones. However, Apple really has ridiculous pricing. You can get a Pocophone F1 for 300$ and it will outperform the 750$ new iPhone. The original X Screen was made by Samsung these ones are made by LG, at the request of Apple, as they did not previously manufacture OLED screens.

Contrary to popular belief, the Super Retina displays are Apple-designed and Apple Engineered. They aren’t products of Samsung. Samsung is only the supplier of the initial panels that Apple is basing them off of. Apple is the reason why iPhone has the highest full screen brightness of any smartphone. The best color accuracy, viewing angles, pressure sensing technology, True Tone, and anti-image retention technology. It’s all Apple. Not Samsung.

30 more minutes. Obviously the battery life isn't 30 minutes long. Dual sim is a popular feature that is now available on iPhone. I don't see how adding features is a bad thing.

The "one and half hour more" part just killed me. About dual SIM - there are some places in the world where 2 different providers on the same phone is life.
if i'm spending $1000 im getting a note 9 that phone that can have 1TB of storage, a stylus, and the most important feature of all i can move icons to the bottom of my screen and i also have a headphone jack and no notch

This is the most dissapointing thing I've ever seen. LCD screens on a new phone? 1 camera portrait mode is revolutionary? Google Pixel 2. Dual Sim has been around FOREVER. The screens still fit less than the S8 and they don't include ANYTHING new or worth buying them for. "1h30min more battery life" you say? Great! Now it'll last for 5 hours total. Nice. STILL. NO. HEADPHONE. JACK.

It is very disappointing that apple has given 720p display for iPhone XR for a price of 750$. It just shows that apple can fool their customers with fancy ads. Honestly I was expecting more this year. The XR was looking to be right up my alley, since I'm a student and money isn't something I can just throw around, but with a resolution of 1792 x 828 I just don't know how I feel about it. It also is an LCD and although Apple says it's "the most advanced LCD ever," I just don't think it'll be worth paying $749 when there are other phones coming out that are cheaper and subjectively better. Maybe the OnePlus 6T will be my phone for 2019, as long as it keeps the OnePlus price.
