Big kachori is called hing kachori. You missed rosgulla with radhabhalavi in Ganguram. Putiram is another restaurant in college st where radhabhallvi is tasty. Next time if you visit Kolkata try Balwan Singh's Tea or coffee. Don't forget to drink lassi from Sharma snacks center near Forum mall - hing kachori sabzi, hot jalebi and lassi with thick malai on top. Yummy...breakfast. Try next time.
Original Radhavallavi is a satvik dish specially made by the vaishnavs to offer Sri Krishna and Radha Rani..as a bhog....form.there it got famous as a dish associated with Bengal..the original one has no onion no garlic..but now Radha vallabis is made available with all these stuffs..in the market.

Try Sindhi Dal pakwaan in Mumbai (Ulhasnagar) Dholi nasta house nearest to ulhasnagar Railway Station and try Pappu ki Puri bhaji that also near to Railway Station 😊 it's all about morning breakfast
And in evening try button papdi near dassera maiden thakur button papdi wala this is also nearest to Railway Station 😊
