@@rudyjackson1536 small claims they can’t have a lawyer they can just have a repressive from the company there and you can go doing official arbitration through the court, not through them because that pre-arbitration that we go through we don’t know if that is a tier 2 nothing like that

@@rudyjackson1536 you’re actually sending it directly to Walmart and you also want to find their legal representation in your state so you want a process server To serve their legal representation in your state in some states, they will serve Walmart directly or sometimes like I have to mail it certified mail directly to Walmart. Make sure you get a signature as proof so that they can’t say they didn’t get it.
