1. Morale is the capacity of willingness of group
2. Not individuals
3. By product of motivation.
4. Morale.. inner feeling & self interest towards willingness & cooperation.
5. Motivation... by process achieve.
6. Moral of individual may be influenced by group morale...may be increased or decreased.
7. There is no direct relation b/w morale and productivity. But mostly positive relation.
8. Miller proposed 4 situational relation b/w morale and productivity.
High moral can lead to high or low productivity.
