I had the same problem on my SG 24. Yanked the main fuse, plugged it in and hey presto. I also did all the updates from the hd homepage myself. No more problems.
I have '24 SG. had the no-start issue, no sound, and something else i forget but an update fixed issues. so 1st couple months of ownership i had 3 visits to dealer. done in about an hour. not a big deal. everything we have these days need constant updates. just keep it on the tender when not riding. weak batteries cause glitches in these bikes
Hey Marty, the thing I like about my Indian Springfield is that I don't have to worry about infotainment system failure😁. With my Jaybird noise cancelling earphones, I can listen to anything I choose on XM and the quality is excellent without noise pollution.
I did buy the 2024 Street glide and I did have issues with the speakers not working but recently I had an update done on the amplifier and so far it has been working
That's what I want to do as a Harley-Davidson owner ride back and forth to the dealership to get my bike fixed that's what I call the biking experience
Have a 24 SG, upgraded from a 19 SG, love the SG’s. I thought the GTS on the 19 was more user friendly, however I’m still learning the OS system. Had mine since Feb. haven’t had any issues with the system, I’m at 4k and now embarking on Harley’s Posse ride, NH to CA. As to the OS system and the GPS: loaded maps for the trip from Ride Planner. I have to say I’m pretty good with the ride planner with the GTS system. The OS gps seems to be a little more challenging. So, i’ll keep you posted. I will say if you’re making your routes on ride planner, use a lot of “waypoints” to keep you on route. I added a waypoint after any highway change. We’ll see…….

Do you use your phone for navigation?
@@martyboddie9953 I do but I don't have the audio turn by turn audible. If I'm in unfamiliar areas, I just have the map up while my music is playing.

I have considered going back to Indian.
