Good job on the video and camera work! Couple points…all of the screws on the carb are not regular phillips head, using U.S. style phillips head will booger up the screws. Get yourself a set of J.I.S. (Japanese Industry Standard) phillips screwdrivers sizes #1, #2, and #3 and your carb screws will love you for it. Amazon has them. Also, the pilot screw basic setting prior to adjustment for the 250ES is TWO turns out according to Honda service manual. Not sure on the setting for the 250SX but you would think it would be the same.
Great video, walked me right thru redoing my carb with a rebuild kit. Great idea with the scratch mark as well as turning upside down turning out to get the washer and oring coming right out. Thank you.
