I really like to watch such a drawing process, when the drawing process itself is no less interesting than the final result!

How big canvas do you use in pixels?

Do you switch to photoshop because of procreate limitations? If so, I’ve seen another app called Artstudio pro that may be a better alternative (though bigger price tag and I don’t think it comes with built in Timelapse}
