Oh Boy! What an informative video- Good job! I was happy to see a pattern I've had for quite some time but haven't sewn yet- V1620! I am just getting back into sewing after a couple of DECADES but I look forward to restarting in this phase of my life. Your price comparisons reminded me of one the reasons I am getting back in. Love the video, I am new to your channel. I understand your focus on sizing, but I also wish you would feature patterns with cup sizes. I get tired of doing fba, and I know the mainstream pattern companies have a few patterns with large cup sizes options.

This year I have thrifted a suede pair of pants, a suede shirt and a suede skirt as well as a pair of genuine leather pants for a total of $50. That RL sweater makes me temped to pick up my knitting needles again. As far as sewing goes, I really want to make a full midaxi skirt and now you’ve inspired me to make butterick b6840 so thank you!

I am thrilled about this video!! Exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, I am struggling Hard with the lack of Independent patterns?
I do sew with a few of the big 4 but I have such better outcomes with some Independent pattern companies. I wish I knew all the patterns they have so I could cross reference but I don't. Are we not going to have any Independent pattern information at all??
