I had the pleasure in taking a look at these in person still in the crates at AlgaeBarn and helped set up the 600 and move an 1800. It is an absolutely amazing tank. The metal stand with glass doors are high quality making it a truly long lasting set up. No more salt creep damage on wood leading to other nightmares!
That is definitely a very popular feature of this system. Providing the cabinet assembled just makes sense. As aquarists ourselves there is nothing more annoying than having to build a flat packed cabinet. We really wanted to make the process as simplistic as possible to reduce the burden on our customers. It also allows us to get very creative with how we design the systems. It takes us on average 30 min to unbox and completely setup a PRS2. Super simple :)

I made it to about 11:22 before saying, “shut and take my money, ” hopped over to AlgaeBarn, and put in my order. I was on the fence between WaterBox and the Red Sea before I came across this brand. Cade won it for me. Although, I do prefer the oak color stand and a larger sump from WaterBox, and Red Sea’s E-260 has a better drain and return design, IMHO. This is an excellent meeting in the middle and is a fantastic offering.
I just placed an order at Algae Barn for the same tank. Jake, when are you going to update us on your build? I'm thinking about making mine an Aussie tank also. I love the Aussie corals and have been buying mine from Austin Aqua Farms. I highly recommend them. Also want to hear your opinion about the Illumagic Blaze X lights. The reviews on You Tube haven't been very complimentary.
nice tank dude cant wait to see the fill,scape n progress...before long most systems will look like this...reminds me of a tank im considering of getting which is like a non AIO version of this one which is the Aquarium systems L'Aquarium 370.

Ordered an1800 from AlgaeBarn and they are great, corresponded with Adam From Cade and he is responsive ands helpful. Decided to delay delivery while my rock is priming, but after watching this opening, i simply can’t wait!
They are very good tanks and you never have to worry about the stand getting wet. Only two things they can improve. First is the gate valve, it’s bad quality and will need to be replaced after 6 months. Second is the plastic door hinges, they will break if you put too much pressure on the doors

They're lightweight and super super strong :) Actually it's so strong we recently used this frame work on a custom 3600 x 1200 x 450cm (H) Peninsula coral display tank for a Sydney dealer.
@@foxchase725 I did check out waterbox which is a very similar setup to redsea reefer but wb has a stronger stand, less failures and better customer service, also checked out innovative marine but wanted to try cade.
Anticipation is killing me with this one. I am on the fence between CADE and WaterBox and I am waiting to see how this tank turns out before making my final decision. I have high hopes for CADE in the US. Thanks for all of the great content.
This can be only a almost Aussie Tank. Only if Cam the fish guy (Galleria Aquatica) do a maintenance video, this tank will maybe a proofed Aussie tank :-D By the way, even if it necessary or not, you have to install a chiller. No chiller, no real Aussie tank :-D
Really nice video and I feel like Cade is probably the one I want to upgrade to. So what do you guys think comparing to Waterbox/RedSea? I like the metal frames and predrilled holes, power management etc.!
White is a tricky prospect for our cabinets :) The reason is that we actually anodise the colour right onto the aluminium frame as this offers superior wearability. White is actually not a colour that can be anodised unfortunately. We have used white powder coating on older models in the past but much prefer anodising for a higher quality finish and wearability.
RVA REEF to be more specific white can be anodized but the process is different and the longevity of the finish couldn’t be guaranteed. If IM are anodizing white it will be an opaque white ceramic coating which is not self sealing and white color cannot be preserved even if sealed in a sealing solution. Needs to be perfect and it needs to stand the test of time 🙂

I would definitely consider this tank over Red Seas..
I just upgraded from a reefer 250 to a CADE pro reef 2 1200 and I can not recommend these enough. Head and shoulders above Red Sea.

my silicone is failing on my red sea reefer, 1 year out of warranty and they would not replace, so I am replacing it with a cade.

Without a chiller it's a temperate aussie reef build from anywhere south of Sydney haha.
