    Bought the Enforcer and Gunstock after watching your brilliantly, detailed and presented video. Delivered quickly to the UK, (although the extra duty payment was a bit of a bummer), and I can concur 100% with everything you say. Firstly, the quality of every piece, including the excellent handstrap, is superb, with quality fittings provided as well. The 3D printed parts and attention to detail everywhere, are absolutely first-class. Everything is just so well thought out and the self-assembly requirement is actually really worthwhile, as it makes you appreciate how much thought went in to both products, and understand how they work so well in tandem. The devil is very much in the detail. Everything feels really solid, with zero flex, and maximum adjustability, and those magnets are epic, without requiring superhuman strength, or immersion-breaking fiddling, to engage and disengage. A few sessions of muscle memory training and everything just becomes second nature. But those haptics, and the well thought out adjustability and fine-tuning, on the Enforcer, are incredible and absolutely game-changing in my opinion. This is quite an expensive investment but, without any shadow of a doubt, it takes shooters to a whole new level of immersion, and isn't that what VR is all about? You feel so much more involved and connected to the experience and I'm replaying titles I'd long since finished. The biggest compliment I can pay is that, once you've used the Enforcer, with or without the Gunstock, it's impossible to go back to a stock controller set up. Thanks for highlighting such an absolutely fantastic product, which would have likely passed me by otherwise, and keep up the good work. 👍

    Exceptional video presentation, So well done.
    I got the Protube VR Magtube setup with adjustable Mk2 shoulder stock but no haptics yet, Adjustable shoulder is basically a must have if anyone orders any Protube VR setup in my opinion..
    OMG this Enforcer for the price is a no brainer, You are going to send me broke mate, I need to get one of these as well after watching your vid. :)

    Does the battery lasts longer than pro volver one? Or how long does it last for average play session?

    • @LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs
      @LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Great question mate, my longest game session was 2 hours and the battery showed no sings of stopping. To be honest, my longest game session on the ProVolver was around 2 hours and 30min, it was also still going. I guess the downside to the ProVolver is the charge time. The Enforcer takes around 2 hours from flat, The PRoVOlver around 7.

    If only in pistol mode (no shoulder haptic component on ProTube, and no stocks on either), how do the two compare for feedback force and quality?

    • @ShaneMcGrath.
      @ShaneMcGrath. หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      He reckons the Enforcer has a little more force feedback when it's just the haptics on pistol, But if you want overall maximum force feedback then Protube VR with the shoulder stock haptics.
      Quality wise both have pro's and cons, Can't go wrong with either.

    • @LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs
      @LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for the comments mate. ShaneMcGrath below summed it up perfectly. I'll be doing a follow up video soon comparing the haptic kick of both. In Short though, the Enforcer feels like there's more kick when comparing just the pistol of both Protube and Enforcer.

  • @eliapavoni2275
    @eliapavoni2275 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Apexinno came up with something similar a few months ago, this is basically the same thing but better (except for the battery which i don't like too much), there would be nice to have some sort of haptic feedback on the gunstock as well, with haptic motors or something connected via bluetooth to the gun, maybe even something similar to forcetube at the back.
    As for now the only downside i see is the fact that you always have that attached to your hands, so games where you use melee or interact with the world are kinda limited, like Alyx, Into the radius, boneworks/lab etc, it would be nice to have a cup where you put the controller with your own straps attached, so you can easily switch between melee, gun and gunstocks.
    Let's hope they'll add this in the future, if so i would buy this in a heartbeat

    • @deadeyevirtualreality
      @deadeyevirtualreality หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      It's amusing that they released a similar idea to ours. We have been working on the enforcer for about a year and, on the day we placed the order for all the components for our first run of Enforcers, we saw the apexinno pistol was just released. Granted, their design is quite different but given that the provolver has been out for years the fact a similar product to ours was released months before ours is funny
      We've talked about the idea of having the gun part separate away from the pistol. Probably the easiest way to do that would be to just sell a holster for the pistol itself and have the user physically remove the controller from the enforcer. Hard to say. It's something we've been thinking about

    • @eliapavoni2275
      @eliapavoni2275 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah, or maybe not a holster but a sling or something that can quickly attach and detach from the gun itself, and if you have the full stock you can just use the stock itself as a place to put the gun when you don't use it and use the sling for the stock itself.
      So you can use the sling you already have without creating more stuff, the sling is of course better for the stock than the gun but it's still a good way to keep the gun close to you while you are not using it.
      The tricky part is to find a way to attach and detarch the controller from the gun, anyway this product seems really nice, well done!
      (Oh and your straps are actually very nice so keeping them on would be great).

  • @Thomas_Voland
    @Thomas_Voland หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    You said that you don't know why no one does it before (trigger of gunstock pushing trigger from controller), but Apexinno did this kind of gun with the same trigger mechanism before, and some other gunstocks too (but they don't work like just a pistol, Apexinno does, but unfortunately it's not part of a bigger two-handed gunstock). This technology has a lot of issues. I will try to do a video soon, but I will try to test it with as many games as possible before that.

    This looks exactly like the ApexInno haptic grips except this seems to solve the primary issues I had with those.
    It actually has wrist straps,they have dampened clacking noise and it's way easier to switch firing mode with a single finger

    • @antjones2281
      @antjones2281 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The only issue I still have is , because it's not fed by the game the trigger might not press the button in sync with when the gun actually fires.
      Plus having to change firing modes manually is kind of a pain.

    • @deadeyevirtualreality
      @deadeyevirtualreality หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@antjones2281 If you hold the blue button you can change the pistol's fire delay. This is helpful for synchronizing in game fire events with the haptic pistol's action. You should only need to do this per game so it's not a setting you need to change constantly.
      We made the fire select buttons as accessible as possible. We chose to avoid a fire selector because that would have been more intrusive than having 3 separate buttons. We couldn't think of an easier way to allow the user to change fire modes.

      All covered in my video mate, granted she's a long one. What Deadeye have stated is exactly what I covered. Trust me it's awesome and everything works great. You can tune the fire rate to sync perfectly. Plus you honestly do not need to change fire modes all that often. Grab a beer, or coffee and rewatch my video 😁, thanks so much for the comments though mate.

  • @TimesEnigma
    @TimesEnigma 20 วันที่ผ่านมา

    i think this is too much manual "on-the-fly" tinkering and tuning for each gun that you're using / picking up other' people's guns... there's no time for that in a real fire fight... Also, the continued haptics when you're out of bullets is immersion breaking...
