Super Ergebnis!
Jesus... you even did alignment constrains in your ratchet design, you are so thoughtfull. Even big companies forget to add features like that. You are a awesome maker and content creator, a true hidden gem!
First of all great job! I also work in Fusion 360 and always wanted to try generative design. Now I have the motivation thanks to you. I need this gunstock because I am a VR enthusiast (since Oculus Rift CV1) and ASG (I see you are too :) and it would be a great rig for me. A few days ago I bought Quest 3 and got quest+ with the game Pavlov, coincidence?
impressive video! from some one with so few subscribers too.. that's a damn shame. good job ide love to win one but dont have a a crew of people to up vote me or a convincing reason y i should get it so ill just tell you u did a good job
I should have one of these because I'm printing it on my own in PLA and PETG and would be awesome to compare it! Also, I have one leg so I can secondarily use it as a cane! Ha!
I had this song from ABBA playing in my head today: "Tonight the super trooper fights are gonna find me" And then I came across this video. I don't have a VR-gaming system but if that's not a hint for winning this and buying one, I don't know what is... fantastic design and video, man, keep up the good work!
Great video, I NEED this gunstock because we recently moved country and I had to sell my 3d printers, and now I can’t print this really cool design 😢 😅 Great job on the video!
I wonder if battery cavity lids are the same for Q2 and Q3 and if it can be used with Q2. I guess im about to find out. Also makerwold page lacks any info about magnets, no link or info, many people would be glad if u share that information. U can find it out on ur own by simply measuring place for its attachment though.
I just looked it up. They seem to be slightly different. But maybe try and let us know. Maybe my Design has enough wiggleroom. Cut the cup and print ut seperatly to test. I would love to Adapt them but u Don't have the Controllers to do so
If you look up and watch a lot of pro VR shooter gamers. None of them use a physical stalk. They learned to use the virual stock. they even put up videos on how.
I get your point. That exacly the reason I need one. U saw my gameplay. Do I strike u as a pro vr shooter Player ? 😅 But on the serious side. For me it's much more about emertion than getting good. I simply wana have fun 😋
No "pro" is using a Quest 3 controller to start with. IR center out tracking is kinda garbo, tournament players typically use Quest pro remotes because of the independent tracking and less latency. That's assuming its limited to the Meta environment otherwise base stations are a far better option.
Plenty of TPU and flexibles out there, just make sure your printer is capable of it. Stuff can be a nightmare to work with on non direct drive machines.
Ah jea sorry. In the sls Version it's one Piece. In the fdm Version it's glued from 2 pieces. Than u glue in the washer on the front stock anf your good. If u print in sls u might need to warm up the cheekrest holder on the stock and Bend it inwards to adjust the pressure on the cheekrest for more klickiness
@@Ibuiltathing hey i wanted to get back on what you said (feedback). the hole in the part that slides is pretty deep but the cheekrest's hole is not. is there a reason for this? i would make sense to make it deeper os the part stays more secure when applying some super glue to hold it.
Hey there 😁 ✋️ I'm not in the business of selling printers. Professionally I'm in research. But I might be able to get u some good deals. As of now the only stater 3d printer I can really recommend is the bambulab series due to its ease of use. What country are you in? Maybe I can shoot some discounts your way.
@ oh I was talking about the stock you made haha, I was wondering if you could make the stock and if we could buy it from you. I only ask this cause I don’t know much about 3D printers but I’m assuming they cost a decent amount. But I will look into the bambulab printer, I am in the US!

only 750 subscribers? how?! your content is so good, I can't believe my eyes.
Aw man, other chanels with similar names are overshadowing you, that's really sad... I truly hope you overcome this and get as famous as them.

Damn, how do you have only 700 subscribers? both the video and the stock are amazing!
Building a youtubechanel from scratch takes time 😅
Killed it! Awesome improvement to the available designs!
This looks super dope! I'd love to win one if this works with the Rift S and/or Quest 2
impressive video! from some one with so few subscribers too.. that's a damn shame. good job ide love to win one but dont have a a crew of people to up vote me or a convincing reason y i should get it so ill just tell you u did a good job
Loved the way you explained the whole process❤ another great video, Brain! Keep 'em rolling!
Wow you have such a impressive editing style! you just got yourself a new subscriber!
Thank you so much!! :D

Very nice. I would love a picture of your print on makerworld in the comments 😁
I see the mention of the 33mm magnet in the back grip but no mention of what was used in the front.
Ah. The magnets come with Washers in a Pack. That's what I used

They are actually as far as I know
@Ibuiltathing if so, that would be great

I would love to Adapt them but u Don't have the Controllers to do so
as far as I know the lids on the quest 2 controllers are different and don't have any notches to hold on to
If anyone sends me some quest 2 Covers I rework the Design. Of course u getting it back (with a stock)

Hi, may i know where did u get the TPU rubber for the gun stock and also the cheek riser?
The tpu is rhe bambulab tpu.
The cheekguard is made from pla carbon.
Plenty of TPU and flexibles out there, just make sure your printer is capable of it. Stuff can be a nightmare to work with on non direct drive machines.
did you glue the cheek rest or.... you never show us how you put it together.....
Ah jea sorry. In the sls Version it's one Piece. In the fdm Version it's glued from 2 pieces.

Unfortunate that you don't provide print settings. Nowhere.
They are provided at makerworld.
You can Download the 3mf wirh them and also there is a printprofile
I don’t have a 3d printer, can we buy it from you?
