  • Today’s Famous Grave Visit, I look at an important question. Was Princess Diana buried in her family vault at St Marys Church in Northampton? Please let me know your thoughts, after watching my video.
Diana, Princess of Wales (born Diana Frances Spencer; 1 July 1961 - 31 August 1997) was a member of the British royal family. She was the first wife of King Charles III (when Prince of Wales) and mother of Princes William and Harry.

Not to brag uw. But I care about the toddlers of those alcoholic parents that let foster parents take care of him to his raped death. And now to this day. Use Wisconsins filth that sits behind a dark musky robe in Madison. To keep his sisters. From getting his death certificate changed. Keep them struggling with Mendota. Keep them struggling to aid the Avery family’s one son and nephew. And it may come as a surprise to you. But I care about the most recent that I’m aware of. Death by torture. That your big ass system ignored. For whatever the reasons are. Which only you know. But let’s just say. I’d make it mandatory. That in your state. Your country. All suspicious deaths of children are bodily viewed and buried while by the trusted family. Let’s you be harvesting parts. Which is what Vourtnry a skinner suggested her brothers heart they believe was removed. Tie it in with Dave Begotka reporting. You look horribly suspicious around here. And I don’t for one second. Believe that in a nicu unit In Britain. That 6 deaths could occur. And 6 more near deaths. Before one of the administration could put legitimate law enforcement I. That small stage. ✝️. Having been an RN. And knowing. The footprints every drug and use of any medical paraphernalia. Is documented. And traceable. I just have to wonder about the medical mob.

My mum's friend lived across the road from the church and around midnight of
the night of Diana's funeral apparently there was a power cut. My mum's friend was looking out the window and saw a hearse go through the gates. In my view Diana would be with her family and not on the island. This makes sense.

Princess Diana is still missed by many people. I believe for security reasons they let us believe she is buried on the island , However the whole world knows how much she loved her father so I would say she's buried there with him. As for her boys I don't care how well Prince William hides his feelings it must be heart breaking for him as well as Harry at this time to see Camilla being crowned instead of their mum. They must feel that's where their mum should have been, any son or daughter would feel that no matter how hard they try not to. May God bless them and bring them back together again. I hope Prince William and princess Catherine finds it in their heart to forgive Prince Harry as he needs a lot of help and support from people who really love him no matter how upset they are.

My friends cousin lives in the area and she told her on the night of Diana funeral the Hearst was still there at four In The morning. Diana adored her Father and it’s said wanted to be buried with him if anything happened to her. Why else would those vaults be gated and alarmed and have security cameras. If she is with her family she deserves to be left in peace. And people wanting to pay their respects should do so at the family estate where she grew up. Because that’s where she was happy that was her playground and that’s where her spirit will be.
    RIP Diana loved and remembered.

When she died, the whole village of Great Brington was “locked down” no one allowed out roads closed off for a whole evening. A mate worked at the estate at that time. He told me that Estate workers were sent home. When he returned day after funeral a cattle grid on the small track leading from the back of the house to the church at GT Brington had been concreted over (to allow a hearse to drive over it). Years later I used to travel passed the church and occasionally witnessed large cars with besuited security men standing around. Always assumed a Prince was visiting his mother. The graves aren’t just alarmed but have cctv! Pretty obvious really.

I have for the first time watched one of your vlogs. 20 years ago I visited a friend who was sub-contracted to look after Althorp House and estate. He told me exactly what you have discussed on this vlog. He also added that a Surveyor's report stated the island would be unsuitable for her coffin because the ground would have easily subsided due to the weight. He also added that building work did take place in the church prior to her burial. With you adding the piece about being with her family, especially her father confirms for me where she is truly laid to rest.

The majority of us Northamptonians are aware that the plans surrounding Diana's funeral changed. The reason why there are so many rumours and speculations is the fact that there was such a lot of strange goings on in Great Brington. Everyone knows how much Diana loved her father, she was distraught, and at his funeral at St Marys you could see how upset she was, when you see the footage she was in her own world, not wanting support from the then Prince Charles. She would only have wanted to be laid to rest with him, we know this because that was the plan and that is what had been arranged. Everything was arranged for her to be with him. Then the plans changed just before her funeral and this is when the questions started to be raised. Strange things happening in the village.
I have no doubt her brother loved her dearly and this is why no one can understand why he would put his beloved sister on a very small island all by herself . She truly was a "people" person. I met her twice , she asked me what perfume i was wearing i told her and said its just cheap and cheerful she threw her head back laughing and said well it's lovely anyway. Villagers will tell you she was a delight, she was always in a rush but had time for everyone. I have been to St Marys countless times, it is a beautiful little church .
I personally think she is there with her dad, but obviously they are just my thoughts, i dearly hope she is anyway.
I think there IS a memorial on the Island where family and important people go , Mr Nelson Mandela went, but i think that is what it is on the Island , a memorial.
Whatever we think and whatever people know, the fact is she was a very special lady loved by millions of people across the world.
We were lucky to have her, even if it was for such a short time.
Wherever you are Princess Diana Good night God Bless 🙏🏼🌹

The family was worried about the fabric of the church being destroyed by thousands of people descending on it, so the island memorial gives the public the chance to pay their respects during Althorp's open days.

The village was totally closed for three days prior to the official funeral and all aircraft were subject to a 2 mile exclusion zone enforced by RAF fighters. The village owes much of its employment to the Althorpe Estate and have been loyal to the Spencer family for generations, if not centuries. The nearest crematorium was seen by several witnesses to be operating very late one night. Diana had stated her heartfelt wish to be laid to rest with her father and the rest of the family. If the public had suspected she was buried in the family crypt, life would have been impossible for the village. There is, indeed a patch of fresh concrete in the chapel floor. All interesting bits of information.

It is only about 4 feet above water level so either she is in a very shallow grave or under water. Both not really acceptable. What you said about the water table too. It would have to be an above ground crypt if it were on the island then. Just like the ones in Louisiana or Highgate Cemetery in London. The vicar of Great Brington, the Rev David MacPherson, flatly denied the cremation story. "The wet concrete around the family vault can be explained," he said. "After Diana's death it was opened in preparation, and then closed when the earl changed his mind."
The certificate, dated September 12th, 1997, was signed by a Sussex priest, the Rev Victor Christian de Roubaix Malan, who was in charge of the burial. It states: "On the 6th day of September 1997 Diana, Princess of Wales, aged 36, was buried in an extra-parochial place, namely at Althorp Park in the County of Northamptonshire in the grave previously consecrated by the Bishop of Peterborough on the Island in the Oval Lake."

Diana knew it too which is why she was attracted to Dodi. that was no great love story as the press portrayed after their deaths. They were only a couple for little a month, around 5 weeks. It was realised that if she were buried in the local church with the rest of her family, the place would be swarming with visitors with which they could not cope. The village and the church are just not able to cope with the volume of traffic and people. Therefore, it was decided to cremate her and place her ashes in the vault with her father John but they were determined to keep this completely secret otherwise the whole purpose would be voided. I always thought she was buried on the island, but felt sorry for her being buried all alone there. After watching your video I’m inclined to believe that she is buried in the family vault in this beautiful little church!!! Hi Paul! I am George Washington's first cousin, 7 times removed. The Washingtons were related to the Spencers. That is why there is a Washington buried in the Church. I was told there are more out in the grave yard. I live in the USA so I don't know for sure. I watched another show on this as well and he said it would not be possible to dig a grave on the island because the water table would be too high. The coffin would be in water. So I must say, I think she is buried in the church. Although, before William married Katherine, he took her out to the island to his mother's grave???? I think Harry did the same with what's her name. So, I would like to think she is in the church with her family, it's confusing. In any event, I loved her so much, as did the world, and really wish she was still with us.💔

I'm late in the game, but here are 3 more trivia inputs about her resting place:
    - Her grave stone (amphora on the pillar) on the island is not very well maintained.
    - The rumor has it that crematorium was operating at the night before her funeral.
    - The Spencer, allegedly, used to bury their pets and animals on that little island.

This brought back some sad memories.
I remember on the day of the funeral, I drove down from Leicestershire to Althorp House in Northamptonshire. You could only drive so far to it, because the police had set up roadblocks around the house. The last few miles to it, had to be done on foot. I remember I managed to get a prime spot, right next to the gates of Althorpe and was very close to the hearse carrying Diana's coffin, as it drove through the gates. A sad day for many...

I’ve never heard anything about the Spencer family vault, and everything you and other people writing in, makes total sense.
Her brother Charles will be grateful for the extra revenue brought in by visitors going to the Ancestral home and paying their respects from the edge of the lake, his saying it was her favourite place, is fine! But that’s when she was a child out playing, not as an adult thinking about where they would like their mortal remains to rest at the end of life.
When young, those thoughts never seem to enter our heads, which is normal and not something you particularly want your child to be dwelling on , but as we get older, start making a will, putting our affairs in order, then it’s time to record with your will, your wishes, etc, and your right! She was very much a people person….is her father buried there? As it’s known she wanted to be near him, so if he is I would most certainly believe that done in the highest secrecy, that IS where our Princess of Hearts is buried, surrounded by family.
“Oh what a tangled web we weave when ere we practice to deceive!!”
Many thanks for a. VERY fascinating, food for thought visit, to a beautiful church!
