What a great video. So many die hard mixers hate this plugin but you can clearly hear how good it is . Just go with it. CLA is one of the best mixers in the world for a reason.
Bought this plug in along with the one for drums, bass, and guitar probably 6-7 years ago. Think it's time to revisit them. Love the snare and kick in this track!
Great video. I use it for tracking vocals all the time. For me it's the fastest way to establish good sounding vocals that instantly inspire the artist in front of the mic. To be honest I often find myself re-building a classic vocal chain in the mixing phase constantly chasing after the sound like it was on tracking day. 😂 But the "analog" noise keeps me from using it in the final mix, especially on reduced ballads.

Are you using the CLA vox on the Vocal bus??? Great video! Great mix! And i noticed the gain plugin before the CLA, did you backed the gain up or pushed it? Thanks 😊
Yes, I use it as well most of the time and it is always pretty good, but producers/engineers feel bad about it as it is too easy, it is like Ozone 10, you call the plugin, click on a few knobs using only your ears and Bam you get it. For the proud ones, and ther’s a lot😂, it makes them feel or look less smart…

@@andrecreates Yeah sometimes use the Q3, but find I have to lose to much low end to get rid of the plosives. SSL are great plugins too yes! Love them! Am using UAD now, they're amazing! Keep up the great work man!

Loved this plug in but stopped using it due to the Analog noise, if you add compression after this you will hear it add up in your session,

I was waiting for something which will let me to stop using this Waves plugin.And i did find out.There is CLA coat on it.
