Did you stay until the end to put ourselves to the test and try these steps real time together? Let me know if you have any specifics you'd look for in that text!
If everyone who reads the Bible would take your Bible Study Boot Camp, they would gain IMMENSE knowledge and how-to instructions to not only read Scripture but study Scripture and the who/what/when/where of the Word written. I can't thank you enough, Faith, for giving me the best set of study tools to understand God's word!! Many thanks!
Faith thank you for giving us great information. I love your videos, but I would ask you one favor, could you slow down a bit you talk a little fast for this old lady. 😂. God bless you and your family.
Hey Faith -Thanks for this video and all the study tips. You referenced another video at the end but I didn’t see the link. What video were you referring too?
Thank you for this! As someone who has a really tough time with executive function skills (basically, my brain struggles to start things, plan, stay focused and build habits), a ten step list like this is such a practical tool. Now to apply it… 😬
Heyyyyyy Faith 🥰 I'm toooooo excited to see what information rich video you have for us today 🙏🏾 😊thank you for ALLLLLL this valuable life changing information you have changed my Bible study life forever and always ❤❤❤ I just love it here😊
I have your cliff notes, and have finished your Bible Study Boot Camp. They are both excellent resources and I would recommend everyone use them. I’m now in the middle of the other Boot Camp (I am so sorry I can’t remember the full name and 🙈) it is packed full of wonderful information and resources but I’m having to take it slowly as to not miss anything. Thanks for helping me return to Christ!
Helpful tidbit - try using regular stick glue along the edges of your tip ins next time instead of liquid glue. Complete game changer for tip ins! Wish I would have known about it when I was gluing in all of your Cliff Notes 😂 I’ve tried it personally with the stick glue my kids use that starts purple but dries clear? Amazingly better!! Used this stick glue method just yesterday for sermon notes I took on ephemera. Just food for thought 🤗🥰
Some excellent pointers on getting more out of our Bible Reading, a tool I use very often, and may help some of your readers, is using a text such as the King James, with numbers to see the original meaning of the words being spoken,. For example, in the restoration of Peter, If we are reading in a modern text, we see Jesus asking Peter if he loves him, and peter answering that he does love him. However, if we read the meanings of the words spoke, we see Jesus asking Peter if he loves him unconditionally, (Agape) and Peter answering that he loves him like a brother. (Phileo)
Hi Faith!! ❤ Thank you so much for answering my questions, this is so helpful. These steps create a nice framework together with the in depth Bible notes video! Immediately writing the steps down to create a little cheat sheet! 10 steps to study and CMA for notes!! Will be especially focusing on step 7 and 10! Being critical of my own understanding/assumptions and being mindful of reading carefully is so important. And it is so easy to just assume because we hear/read these words so often. Also really love how you explain/worded the worshipful application. A good reminder that whatever we do and learn it should move us closer and into worship!
Is there special paper to print the notes on? I’d like something thinner than regular printing paper if I put them in my Bible. I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!
I have been enjoying studying the Bible so much that I have applied to a masters degree program focused on Biblical studies. I hope to start in January.
Hi Faith...I bought the crayola twistable crayons and the colored pencils to use in my Bible based on your recommendation. But I'm having a difficult time getting the colors to show up. Any suggestions? Thank you for all the Bible study tips. They are really helping me go deeper into God's Word.
This list is so helpful! My question though is, wouldn't it take a long time to go through each point, or do I just need to commit to longer Bible studies?😁
Heyyyyyy Faith... I would love to see You, pastor Joe, Jackie Hill Perry and Preston Perry do some sort of video together or on each other podcast that would be super inspiring and a true blessing to see ❤️🙏🏾✝️
Ok, I am hanging on to this video for reference This has a lot of good suggestions, and I've got a lousy memory 🙄. That is why all notes are written down 😊.
Thanks, Faith, for this concise reminder of what to keep in mind when reading the Bible! I'm always reminding my group (and myself) to read with context in mind and not to read a verse in isolation.
This is one of your best videos yet! So meaty! So valuable. Thanks a million and I am ordering your notes on all the books of the Bible tonight. Darian 💕
Hi Faith, Around the 11:20 mark of your video, you were taking about titles and sections of that page. You said a word that started with the letter “P”. I’ve heard you say it in other videos and was wondering how to spell it and what is it? TIA 🤟
@howtofaithalife At the end you point to the top corner and reference a link to another video but nothing popped up. Curious which video you were referring to.
My favorite video. Very good and very beautiful pics.❤❤❤your Bible, your Bible study place, Gods beautiful creation, and your nice family❤❤❤ great work. Cozy for fall😘📚📔🕯☕🍵 Why not mention the cool biblenerd articles you sale?🎉😘😍📔

Pericope. It's basically a section of verses.
