OU812 was my introduction to Van Halen in 1988, and I bought the DLR era back catalog at that point. But I grew up during the Sammy Hagar years, so great to hear he’s keeping EVH’s legacy alive. 🤘🏻
Most of us are hoping to be alive and old enough to be 76. Not only has Sammy made it to this age, but he still is AMAZING Maybe its all the agave and tequila! lol!
Last night was absolutely incredible!!! This is coming from someone who saw the 5150 tour back in the day 2 weeks in a row at Worcester centrum, amazing seats and providence civic center. Eddie lives!!!!! His music and contributions will never die. Outfuckingstanding
I saw them at the 7/22 Saratoga Springs show! Sammy has been on my bucket list for a very long time. I am so glad he finally came to a venue that was not too far and not in the middle of big city. They all were awesome. Next bucket list is a Sammy Hagar Birthday bash!
It's good but it's basically Chickenfoot sans Chad Smith or The Circle minus Vic Johnson. It's not really a VH tribute. Obviously Roth would not do a tour with Hagar again due to ego but a real honest to goodness tribute needs Wolfgang and Alex.
