When foraging the window will change depending on where you are, you can mouse over that to see the chances of getting what you want. For food to be common you have to in some really thick woods

@@appleseeding no. Is sure . Bite = dead. Only chance to stay alive is changing the game options 🙂 dont worry zomboid is a rouglike so dont matters how mamy times you Die you can go back to world witch you change a little bit and by happy to do something for your next character.
