Sounds excellent. Have a '22 blue Z just like it. No header tho. Just got back from a 2,000 mile (3200km) trip to Sonora Pass in California with my brother on his VStrom. Z ran perfect. Australia looks like a rider's paradise. Better than Idaho weather for sure. Another month and my bikes get put away till late March.Snow and ice don't go well with bikes. Leaving today for one last 3 day trip. Enjoy that beautiful Z.
Thanks yeah sounds even better in person. Glad to hear your trip went well and if you do ever get to Australia most of the best rides are down south- NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Enjoy your z🙂👍
Best review I’ve seen mate. Paid a deposit on a SE yesterday. Added full Akropvic and quick shifter. Also, I’d like to post TH-cam videos as you do. Merry Christmas to you and yours brother!.. Wishing you the very best for many fine years ahead… You made comment of our younger days, and have to agree that back in the 70,s / 80’s theses were the bikes that always attracted my attention purely based on sound. Best sounding bikes ever in my opinion.
Hey thats pretty awesome. Definitely getting one this year. That header/fairing, though, does it make much difference to the air flow? I'm looking at BikeSales (Queensland), so, i guess thats after-market? Cool vid. No crap music.
Thanks, yeah its the genuine Kawasaki one. Keeping it on for now but have Chic Design Road Comet fairing ordered. The more i look at this small Kawasaki one the more i like it though 🤔
I am about to start riding .I have a question for any body who can answer , when start the bike I hold the clutch all the way place the bike on first gear give gas and release the clutch half way ,when place the bike on second gear I do the same as above but I totally release the clutch . So what I want to know half clutch is used only on the first gear right ?
That’s not really right. You will need to master “feathering” the clutch on a manual bike (just like a manual car). It’s essential to riding whether it’s 1st or 2nd gear, but essentially yes in higher gears you will not need to feather or “half clutch” the bike. You are going to do a learner rider course though right? They will explain it a lot better.
Got me convinced that the Kawasaki z 900 RS is bad to the bone. Good job buddy riding the rocket to.
Cheers mate

Just put the Akrapovic header on mine. Beautiful bike and great sound.
Nice camera angle too. Thanks.
I have the '18 Z in the convert green. I'm so jealous of this candy blue colour scheme. It is my absolute fav colour for this bike.
Yeah i must admit im in love with this colour 🙂

Thanks mate and congrats on the SE your gunna love it! Merry Christmas 👍
idling along. i was hoping to hear that old school kawa howl
Yeah speed limits have that affect unfortunately. Give me a Z900RS with your rego and licence and I’ll see what i can do😉
Sounds great. Nice twisty road too.
Thanks yeah great bit of road but had slippery green mossy sections on the day so it was easy going!
Nice! Best thing you can do for bike i think well done 👍
Kawasaki sure mad a beautiful bike
Sounds great !!! Been thinking about doing Akra headers on mine, and keeping the pipe stock. We'll see.
I would recommend exactly that👍

Haven’t tried the bike without the meter cover but won’t make a big difference I don’t think.
うん、音が良いね。カワサキに乗りたい。
Where is this? Nice scenery with awesome exhaust notes!
Its mostly between Deans Marsh and Lorne in Victoria Australia. Yep i do love the exhaust too!👍
@@FishThenRide Thanks mate! Looking forward for next trip 🙏
Nice. Is that the OEM Kawasaki meter cover/cowl that you’ve got?………
