Thanks Steve for listening to this one. Animals as Leaders is really « next level » musicianship. I can’t wrap my head around it either but I’m really intrigued by them. I suppose this is what you get when you turn algebra into sound… I’m amazed at how these guys succeed at bending the rules and creating impossible music. I was curious to get your input because your musical perspective is always interesting and accurate. This reaction video has also given me a better understanding of what you’re into.
I listened to this a few days ago and thought 'meh', then listened to it again 30 minutes later because it was bugging me! I think I'm up to five or six listens now, and am still conflicted. Superb execution and production and clearly I will be going back for more! Thanks Steve - good to hear someone else's thoughts on the song.

Now listen to other songs they have because they are all better than red miso..this is a song that isn’t even as good as majority of their other songs..it only got this much hype because of other TH-camrs reacting to it..anything except like 2 songs off of the album with Kascade on it is so good
So I think we can all agree the message they were trying to convey was .............

That intro gave me flashbacks to Night Verses. Probably similar mixing and technicality to their whole album From the Gallery of Sleep.

Their talent is obvious, but this isn't my cup of tea. A little too trippy for my tastes. I enjoyed the visuals though.
