Tim Taylor, Cari Lekebusch , Adam Beyer, Misjah, Advent, Surgeon & labels like Missile, Planet Rhythm, Hybrid, Drumcode, Internal, X-trax, & Downwards was the reason I spent $100 a week on records back in the 94-98! It was so worth it. So many good techno's came out around that time. Thanks Joris for playing that era.

Totally agree. Just a few day ago, I thought "man, that 909 kick is so punchy - that compressor I put on the kick really makes it shine". And then I discovered that it has been bypassed and all I was hearing was the kick straight from the machine, just basic EQing from the mixing board :-D I did not put the compressor back in.

So many people who call themselves techno DJs and don't even know what that is and probably never will be.
Joris Voorn -> I love you for your love of vinyl.
Music is art for body, soul and ears. But the art secret of electronic music lies in the vinyl.
Anyone who calls himself a DJ but has never played vinyl is not a DJ of electronic music.
Vinyl has no artificial effects or sync button. Pretty much every vinyl player is more grandiose with his records than all USB mixers.
Djs of the black gold tell stories with their art. As an old school movement artist (a dying breed) I hope to be able to accompany you live one day.

Ego acid by pump panel dans oublier Robert Armani !! tous les bons vieux classiques des années 90 ! J’adore ! Ça fait Du bien D’entendre de nouveau tous ces tubes techno/acid qui ont marqué une époque merci Joris !J’ai 47 ans aujourd’hui et j’écoute toujours ce son,J’ai mixé ce style il y a 25 ans en arrière mais j’ai malheureusement depuis vendu une de mes platines vinyles mais j’en ai gardé une ! par contre j’ai gardé tous mes bons vieux vinyles de l’époque ! On a eu encore montini experience en 1994,hardfloor,plank et tous ces labels qui ont Malheureusement disparu pour laisser place au mp3 ... re-load records belgium,important records,rave zone montini,direct current,x-trax,attack records avec Emmanuel top...

après ça c’est perdu pendant les années 2000 mais depuis 2 ou 3 ans j’ai l’impression que ça «revient à la mode »,De nombreux DJ comme Joris par exemple ressortent leurs vieux skeuds après je pense honnêtement que charlotte de Witte et Amélie lens (les deux bombasses qui mixent style acid techno) ont donné envie à de nombreux Dj’s à rejouer ce style. J’ai remarqué depuis peu que de nombreux label et de nombreux morceaux acids ressortent comme le DJ français Voiron par exemple (live parc expo à écouter) ainsi que les deux Dj ‘ s italiens 999999999.....

grave moi aussi. j'avais toutes ses galettes a l'époque que j ai revendu il n y a pas si longtemps. je me souviens de mes virés pariseinne chez techno improt, BPM, ou encore USA import... le samedi aprem, choppé les flyers et finir en teuf le soir jusqu'au petit matin pour en after dans les locaux de FG.... le bon vieux temps.... je suis heureux d'avoir vécus cette période et mis ce son dans mes oreilles....
