For those of you wanting to know how hard this is, stand in a doorway, put your feet in front of you and your hands on each side then try and lean back as far as you can. And these dudes do that horizontal on unstable rings. Insane strength!

@@irms7645 It takes an *insane* amount of work to be able to accomplish something like an iron cross. Even if we normalize strength training more (which is a good thing), 95+% of people will never achieve one. Most would rather spend more time doing other things they enjoy, I think.

To begin you must aquire a pretty strong false grip as good on each kind of bars as for rings as for Iron, maltese and any kind of cross. After you must understand that the Victorian Cross or inverted swallow is the "Cross version" of the front lever that everyone knows. Thus you must be able to execute a clean, long and perfect ring front lever with False grip. Only to begin. After the relationship is mandatory to strengthen specific muscle groups active during the element especially adds, glutes, shoulders, triceps, biceps, lower back, scapula and forearms by bodybuilding such as triceps bodybuilding (concentric, exentric and isometric), dragon flag series, and to finish : dragon press and shoulders assisted dragon press both cause the dragon press works on your arms too but to have control and clean form the shoulders' assistance stills required. However look for : Courtney Tulloch, Danny Rodrigez and Carmona. Those are victorian experts
