- Sub-zero winter solo camping.
Bushcraft winter camping in the Croatian Lika region. This time for shelter I made a tent out of 3x3 tarp. Perfect shelter for camping on a cold winter day. I made a fire in front of the tent to keep me warm inside and outside the tent.
The temperature was well below zero. With a fire, a good sleeping system, and this kind of shelter, camping was pleasant.

You might want to hold the wood your chopping with a small stick instead of your thumb or hand. Doesn't hurt as much if you miss and hit the stick.

@SMRiKA I know people that have lost fingers and other body pieces by using sharp tools. Even got to see someone on tv doing it for real, not pretend. Don't want to miss video while you heal.
