Adrenaline is great for supination support and yet not to harsh. Good for a regular every day Z2 shoe if unexciting. I now use hyperion gts for speed work. Need to try Asics 2000...

I went for a long run as my first run using my Structure 25, and I loved these shoes since day one. The bounce I would say is minimal when compared to a Nike Pegasus ( high bounce ) or Infinity Run 4( moderate bounce ), but it is one of the best shoes I got this year. In comfort, it does not lose by much to the Gel-Nimbus 25 ( most comfortable shoes of 2023). And the weight of the Structure 25 is not bad at all as many youtubers wants.us to think ... 300g at size 9US is the same thing as a Vongo v6 , Gel-Kayano 30, 880v13 ,Ultraboost Light etc.

To be fair, none of those shoes are light either…

Also, all of those shoes are max cushion while the structure does not.

Great video. I’ve been running in Adrenaline and really like the shoe. Haven’t tried structure in many years so it would be fun to try a pair on sometime. On drop interesting comparison of higher drop but softer to lower drop but firmer. I guess loaded drop is what is really important. I’m really happy there is variety. I know you really like a larger heel flare. I do not and really like that the adrenaline flare is very subtle. I also like the 12 mm drop which is very rare these days. Choices are good so I hope Brooks stays the course.

Mizuno Inspire also a good high drop stability shoe!

@@DoctorsofRunningnot sure if I already left this comment on another of your vids. But I need a good recommendation for a plush comfy shoe for a 400 lb man to walk around in daily. Currently wearing Asics venture 8 but want something more comfy. Nimbus 25 felt amazing on my foot but the soles were too soft.

@@davidshumway9639 venture will probably not be enough. On Cloudeclipse May be an interesting option if something highly cushioned but not soft!

The adrenaline did not have a post since the introduction of the guiderails. The guiderails is the only support in the shoe.

In our interview with Brooks they said there was a post built into the guiderail.

Which shoe do you think would do better in a 13mile long run with some fartlet? Thanks

Of these, probably the Structure. If you need a high level of stability though, the Adrenaline. The Saucony Tempus would be a really good one to check out.

@@DoctorsofRunning loving the Brooks Guide Rails since it also helps with supination wounder if its the same w/ the Tempus

    Hey Doc.
Can you suggest which is best for over pronator ( flat feet ) guys . Kayano 30 or GT 2000 12. Or anything else. I need a good shoe for all day walk and standing job

    • @DoctorsofRunning

They could work. Our flat feet runner on the team likes the recent Hoka Gaviota for the extra width.

Is structure 25 good for flat feet?

Definitely viable! If you just need mild stability it’s worth a look.

Asics GT 2000 12 this year. Best responsive midsole with medial support on the market in my opinion.

As someone who overpronates , I’m really enjoying the GT2000-12 , what would be a show you would recommend I add to the rotation ?
