Can I just say, as someone with OCD like sensory triggers I found this video to be very pleasant. I struggle with clicky sounds. Not all of them trigger me into a routine, but nail tapping is one of those. So I clicked on this video with grave apprehension. But I actually found this video to be very calming. Thank you so much for doing this idea. I really like it ❤
I use these to fall asleep and it’s even better because I have adhd and my main symptom is not being able to focus on things, but when it’s something entertaining like this, but also help me go to sleep, I can go to sleep and focus on it!❤
