Hi do they still require you to do covid test by yourself?

Hi when I went no per-departure or on-arrival Covid test was needed but at the Taoyuan airport I was given some Rapid test kit by the airport staff to test myself during first few days(Part of self monitoring)

try pubic bike, only NT$5 for 30 minutes, NT$15 for 1 hour :)
