Hi, is it possible to tour around Toroko Gorge by a commute or by walk?

Hey, you can either rent a car or bike(need an international license for both) to go to Taroko from Hualien or just book a tour. It's not possible to do taroko tour by walking, although there are lot of spots/attractions there that you will need to cover by walking once you are there
