Whoa, almost the exact same thing happened to me. I had this one lady that I bar fined a few times. She was all of 21 and an absolute stunner. I give her a 10/10 for bedroom activity but I decided to actually take her to lunch and dinner a couple of times. The absolute worst! Stayed on her phone for both lunch and dinner with absolutely zero conversation. I quickly put her in the "bedroom fun only" box and only talked to her when I had the itch. Gents....do not ignore the red flag warning signs. Try a lunch or dinner date before taking a potential GFE on a longer trip. Thank you so much for the advice that you give.

Yup, I never really knew conversation was so important to me. I mean it's cool to scratch the itch occasionally but the couple of girls I met that had really good conversation outside the bar.....it made the intimate acrobatics that much better. I have limited experience (only one 3week vacation last spring) but I have found that older ladies (between 28 - 38) are far superior for really good GFE. Great convo, versed in pleasure, go the extra mile in every way. As soon as I find out a lady is early 20s, I automatically put her in the non-GFE category.

My first experience taking a girl for GFE, I got on well with a girl I had LT and decided while I was in Phuket to see if she wanted to fly down. She did and said she would pay her own barfine if I paid her back. We had a nice time together, but she let slip that she was a “freelancer” in the bar we had met, she got no salary at all from the bar plus she could choose the days she worked. I am pretty sure now that she just told her bar she wouldn’t be working for the next few days and pocketed the 1.5k “barfine” a day.
Got the whole “I love you, I am quitting my job in the bar for you, I want to only be with you” story when I was back in England. She maintains to this day that she quit working in the bar shortly after our trip and has a job in an office in Bangkok now. @@clrodrick Unless she's a diva, she is fine with spending 50-100 baht on a bus to get home and saving the rest of that 1000 baht for self use. That is still a lot of money to them.
And usually they are so grateful with that amount. When I tip 20-50 baht for some services, they are extremely grateful so that 1000 baht helps.
I'm sure some people will bump into 'divas' that will demand money but just be like Daz: give them what you want that is fair and then civilly leave.

I had similar experiences in Korea for FFS. I lived abroad for 16 years in Asia. Trust your gut. No real conversations in early days equals nothing to continue on. Let it go. Don't chase the fantasy because of alcohol. Get Real. Check yourself. You need to be able to converse with her not matter what. If she only speaks a bit. Don't. Build something. Let it ferment. I just want to say that it is possible to find GFEs in Pattaya without having to pay any other than drinks and food. On my latest 2 trips I have meet girls, had fun with them for a couple of days and still keep in touch. Both was former bargirls, but now just do a little bit of freelancing.
I love Third Road, so much to see and just around the back around Bongkot there are plenty of clubs. There's a great wee Thai restaurant beside the Arbour called Da Restauant, cheap, big portions and great food, well worth checking out if you take a wander down that road.

You're right on in saying the older ones are far more likely to accommodate a GFE experience. My guess is the internet/cellphone age has accelerated the shift towards ST, and frankly in most cases it makes the most sense.
I agree with you about Kings Club - it's a fun place. I have spent several enjoyable evenings there during my times in Pattaya.

Thank you again for good info. I didn’t know that pre pay was illegal, but I knew it wasn’t a good idea. On my December trip, I was able to avoid any pre payment. Still, the old lay in gogo tried to get pre payment every time.

And the Drinking Queens 👸 seems like they just care about the Koreans willing to pay crazy money without even asking. Personally I think I will come back in low season. Lots more girls and definitely you have more attention. I noticed as well that right now very average women pretty much everywhere. Go go bars are the exception but you must pay top dollar. Great story!! But like you mentioned it's all illusion. Best to be vocal about your expectations beforehand with the girl. If she is honest, then she would say she can't do it. Atleast you'll have a better chance to avoid bad experiences. That's what I usually do. And 90% of the times it works. Also keeping expectations in check is very important as well. You can buy the body but you can't buy the heart.

Back from Thailand : If you think about finding love in Pattaya, you're delusional. Check out in other places in Thailand, where all the girls you meet are not bar girls / gogo girls / Thai Friendly girls / freelancers / massage girls.

For those who complain about prices for girls in Pattaya being too high - quite attractive 26 year old escort girls (7-8) in Germany currently charge around 110,000 baht (US$3200) + mandatory additional fees for 24 hour companionship (GFE).

LK President is really good, and not so expensive. Paid 43Eur/night for double room 2 person. So hade no problem having a "friend" visiting. But main reson for staying there it was near Golf Bar travelersrest on Soi Lengkee. So for any golfers I can recommend that........And the motorbike is still there 🤣🤣
That area off Excite has never really gained any traction. Imo it was better when they had the pretty frequent, predominantly Thai bands doing concerts before they decided to develop it. Many places opened initially, and they have already closed or been sold on to the next chancer

Most Thai girls do not speak English. It gets boring after a while. I stick to my ST/LT (only overnight). Also sticking to a girl for multiple days isnt ideal where we have 40 thousand other girls. If you want GFE try Philippines, they speak very good English.

I have never tried the GFE but have friends that have done it & their stories were very similar to yours.
After hearing their stories, I lost interest in even trying.
I figure that it is more cost affective to do the nightly transaction in the area that you are staying.
At least then if they are giving you the shits, you can give them some cash & politely turf them out the door & go and find another one - I have done that before on a couple of occasions.

No truer words. Never ever pay up front. I've been coming to patts for 20 years nows, 2-3 times a year. Getting a gfe when traveling, IMO, don't exceed the 3 day rule. Lol. I have a few regular girls in a gogo I frequent and known them for a few years, I still stick to the 3 day rule. It's not only pattaya channels dropping subscribers, there's others I belong to complain of TH-cam doing the same in subscribing.. just fyi
GFEs were great before 2010 and before mobile phones. Now a waste of time.
