If a patient has to take an eye drop for 6 times a day then shall the patient skip sleep time? or shall count that too? I hard of like patient should skip the sleep time and divide the rest of the time in to 6 parts. Please advise.

Ideally you should divide 24 hours by 6. But if you sleep for say 8 hours at night, you may skip the night dose, and it won't cause much problem. But for 100% effectivity for 24 hours, one should put it 4 hourly
