- Ingredients:
1 small bowl of Gudd
1 small bowl of Gondh
1 Table spoon Sonth Powder (Dry Ginger powder)
1 Table spoon Khas-Khas
2 Table spoon Ganthoda Powder
Mixed Dry-fruits (Kaju, Badam, Pista)
3 bowl of Drinking Water
3 Table spoon Ghee
Sukha nariyal (Dry coconut)
Note: Consumption of 1 tablespoon of the recipe every morning is very good for health in winter season.
