If you were to give advice to someone who has zero hands on marketing experience, where would you tell them to start??? Fb ads? Marketing app? How can I practice marketing without losing a shit ton of overhead.. is that even possible? Haha
You start posting free valuble content about who you are, what you do/your niche on social media channels after optimising your bio. Both are free Start to improve your skills at taking photos and videos with your phone cause you already have a phone anyway This is marketing yourself for free and then you can be learning how to do fb ads whilst you build up some cash The better your content and how you market yourself the more customers you will attract
Photos and videos are all trial and error, and have an artistic aspect. I have learned and continue to learn that. I have to figure out a step by step system to actually set up an ad. I am at the point where I am ready to fail at ads and then keep adjusting and tweaking for experience. All while keeping overhead at the bare minimum, just to get my toes in the water and learn.
