Restored 1950 GMC Pickup with an LT-1 Engine Swap!

Check our full frame-off restoration of this 1950 GMC pickup. This thing is loaded with a Roadster Shop chassis with coilovers on all four corners, LT-1 with 8-speed transmission, Vintage Air AC, RetroSound stereo with Rockford Fosgate speakers, Be Cool radiator, and a custom, handmade wood bed.

Why Wildwood instead of RoadsterShop’s Baer brakes? How did you come to choose 3.90 gears.

Roadstershop used to use Wilwood.
Gears based off of the 8 speed auto, tire size etc.

@@FatFenderGarage Thx. I’m doing a LS3/6L80 e-rod on the REVO. I wasn’t aware RoadsterShop used to use Wilwoods. I wonder why they changed to Baer? I was planning on 3.50 gears. Is the customer still pleased with the LT1/8L90?
