A Piccione Vineyards Wedding

Taylor & Danielle, two amazing souls, married each other on September 1, 2024, at Piccione Vineyards, found in Ronda, North Carolina.
With a wedding, the most luscious clusters of grapevines east of the Mississippi and the Blue Ridge Parkway as the views, you could say the day was quite magical.
What started as an overcast morning became a gorgeous afternoon of mixed skies and glorious wedding day moments before turning into a full-blown downpour just minutes before the wedding began.
The guests and anything outdoors quickly moved indoors with impressive, coordinated fashion with a dozen vineyard hands, staff, and wedding crew, moving tables, chairs, placings, flowers, decor, and anything to make way for the bride and groom.
With a quick ceremony and a couple of bites of sustenance for the happy couple, the rain tapered off to a light mist and the clouds parted in the distance just enough to let a sliver of sun’s faded hues of pink and purple show on the horizon. Thankfully, we pounced on that opportunity for couple’s portraits because only minutes later the heavier rain began again...
Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Hudson danced the night away with loved ones from near and far with great food from The Scarlett Hen, and wine and cozy atmosphere provided by Piccione.
Amid photographing their day, I was able to capture a little bit of video of the gorgeous location, the amazing decor and love poured into the venue and wedding details, as well as the couple’s intimate moments shared just before the wedding began.
