Pesten is (helaas) van alle tiiden. Maar............tegenwoordig met een heel groot belangrijk verschil! Vroeger greep een leerkracht in en was 'het feest' snel afgelopen. Het woord respect hebben voor, stelde nog iets voor. Nu kijken de veelal softies maar wat graag de andere kant op en sturen........... het slachtoffer naar een weerbaarheids cursus!

Emma is talking about being bullied in Elementary school. Because she had to push a cart with her food pumps, they called her "grandma" because it looked like she was pushing a walker. And because she is so small they would call her names like "gnome".

I listened to this interview with great interest, even though I had no idea what they were actually saying! But it was obvious when the interviewer was impressed with Emma’s singing and Emma’s passion for music shone through! Not sure what else I missed!

@@isacece1334, I would imagine they’re talking Dutch, which is Emma’s native language.
It's a bit sad really... they are talking about how she was bullied a lot because of her disease at school because she always had to bring that pump that was feeding her along.
Some days it got so bad that she had to stay at home for a few days instead of going to school because it broke her mentally.
Poor girl... I'm glad she is doing really wel now.

Dyrygent zapowiadając jej występ powiedział że Emma jest ciężko chora na Gastroparesę (paraliż mięśni brzucha - karmią ją tylko pompy) Ona sama też udziela się na Instagramie mówiąc o chorobie a mimo to ma marzenia bycia kimś wielkim. To taki Anioł. Przepiękny silny głos. Słowa piosenki są smutne. Mówią o miłości i zapamiętaniu jej. I jak tu nie uronić łez. Życzyć jej można, żeby naukowcy medyczni znaleźli lek na tą paskudną bolesną chorobę. Pozdrawiam ❤️

Het is nooit leuk om gepest te worden als je een aandoening of handicap hebt. Maar Emma is een strijdster en doorzetster en ik denk dat als ze optreedt ze dan even vergeet dat ze uuberhaupt een handicap heeft. Zij maakt van haar leven met gastroparesis gewoon een heel mooi leven en zeker omdat ze zo'n mooi zangtalent heeft. Dat konden we al zien en horen bij haar optredens bij André Rieu. Ga door, Emma met jouw talenten en ook al leef je iets anders vanwege die aandoening, je leeft ook als een jonge zangeres die het later zeker gaat maken. Absoluut, zeker.
