@ “Rudolph [red-nosed]” totally enjoyed it!!! Had a blast working outside in the neighborhood, romping and chomping! (So you understand, “Rudolph” is my Ariens snowblower… decorated as a reindeer every Christmas-complete with a red lightbulb-ever since I got it 4 years ago.)
Got the ESeries and love it, learned to crank it up about 25 degrees over regular griddle temp as it cools off faster than the regular griddle when moving food around. Great burger recipe. I don't have the cart but looks like a must have.
Don't care for onion or relish. But I would love to make some smash burgers when I can get time to build my porch. Thanks for all you do for us to make us hungry for more videos. Thanks again.
Great burger, When I make them I like to use shredded extra sharp cheddar, I dont melt them on the burger I fry the cheese on the griddle for a minute.When the top of the cheese bubbles for about 20 seconds Put it on the burger,Yum!

Call me crazy, but I do believe that the BLACKSTONE bootleg burger is a seasoning that I mixed in the ground meat, but maybe you didn’t watch the entire video 😂
