VOENA Children's Choir, based in Benicia, CA, teaches children ages six to 18 ethnically diverse music, instilling in them an appreciation and enthusiasm for different languages and cultures. These 130 children perform in more than 20 languages to lift your spirits with compelling, original vocal arrangements, rhythmic music, and enchanting dance elements.
In addition to local sold out concerts, their a capella voices captivate audiences from around the world as goodwill ambassadors, most recently at the 2012 London Olympics. VOENA has brought their message for peace and world unity to the White House five times performing for Presidents Clinton and Bush, for Pope John Paul II at the Vatican in Rome, at the Soweto Festival in South Africa and the World's Expo in Japan, to name but a few.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
