    I havent worked out since I was 18. Had a rough start getting married so young and starting a family. When I got divorced everything went down hill. I am 32 now and I can say I honestly feel like I have close to the same endurance that I had when I was younger. These exercises have helped a ton! thank you Ashley :) Loving my results

    Love these workouts, I'm so happy I found them. I especially love the stretching... as someone with previous injuries, it makes me feel safe and supported, but I still feel like I get a great workout.

    Day 2 is unreally crazier than day 1
    I'm a guy that seldom sweats even in broad daylight and today was the most I've ever seen myself in gold sweat
    I'm aged 30 and skinny fat since a decade
    This workout is perfect as it doesn't affect the central nervous system overtime unlike gym where you stop going due to fatigue
    With this routine I felt motivated everyday
    I've been doing day 1 thrice in a row thinking I was supposed to follow the same workout, today Ive experienced day 2 ahhhh!!! Sppechless
    This is pure honest feedback
    This made me flexible and helped me with depression or social anxiety
    What I can assure if you are skinny fat please try this out

    Wow! Day 3, I am so excited so far, I get bored very easily. I can wait to finish your program. I do need to loose wait, but I have to face that hormones influence our body I'm 51 and frustrated of the weight I have gained. I want to gain back my muscle tone and become an example for my teenage boys. Thank for your program, TOTALLY ROCKS !!!!!!

    I have nothing at home but my body weight. I am still following by doing what I can do. This is good workout doesn't require much time. Day three is easier then day day two but the athlete was struggling at the end probably they filmed day two and day three together.

    I've just started and day three is tomorrow but its nice to see the actual athletes struggling with the workouts at the end because I know by the end of day two I was dying! I'm not in the best shape but at least she shows the workout is hard! haha :)

    can someone help me I was doing the cobra triceps extension and it really hurt my knee I had to flip over cause it felt like I dislocated my knee even today I can't walk properly or move my knee around freely sorry for bad grammar

    I was wondering about why the stretching is so long? Is that helping to build strength also or just to make us more flexible? Most workout programs I have done on line at home consist of about 5-6 minutes of stretching and more weights and cardio. Thank You

      Seems like a great workout and coach but as a stay-at-home mom, my workout needs to be efficient and the long dynamic stretching makes me curious. Is it necessary because of the fast-paced exercises? And why is fast different than slow here? I'd really like to see this workout focus more on the actual strength circuits and perhaps break the warmup up to the beginning and leave the stretching to the end. I'd do a 40 minute workout of this if needed.

      I thought it was to have your body properly warmed up or whatever is next. In my dance classes, we usually do a much longer warm-up to prepare us for the work we're about to do (Usually around 30 minutes of warm-up and stretching) and I also think it's to give you time to really settle into the space. I don't mind it but I'd be interested to see what would happen if she made it shorter. Personally, I've had workout programs that barely stretch you and so this feels like heaven.

    Hi Ashley, I am use to working out at least a hour 5 days a week , I need to loose 5 pounds but basicly I need to tone tone and build muscle, I am not use to your program , and my mind is telling me that just doing this workout will not do the job, Can toy explain your workout and its benefits ..     Please i need your help! I am 15 years old, 70-71 KG and 1,83 cm. I just started working out and my goal is to get a nice body. I completely hate and dislike those biiig, bulky muscles.
