Finally I got this online course and I loved it.Besides being an wonderful artist you know a lot about the thinking and acting of students, every single problem and dark corners were brought to light.The approach of getting different tons or values trough several pigments is completelly new for me, it is genius! Also the chapter about choosing colors is just so useful. I like the brushes you are using,they seem very good .The translation said they are teflons, I suppose there is a mistake.Could you please tell me the name of the brushes?Thank you very much for the course, it was a very enjoyable learn experience.Many greetings , Rita

WOW found you by accident and am so glad. Ive enrolled in two online UK tutorial schools. Love the different techniques but feel I'm really struggling to harness this medium. Patience and timing maybe? I have a great palette so don't need more colour. Ive done some absolutely beautiful paintings but always feel Im struggling to regain control or 'fix' it. Having a TAFE background (your articulation appealed to me actually remind me of my Managing Director at TAFE) it is interesting to see your curriculum set out formally. Nice also to find an Ausie teacher at last.
welcome Tanya, and thank you for your messages... Yes patience, practice, balance, and more practice is definitely the key, but ill do what I can to assist your progress along the way. Its true Watercolour is not the easiest medium, especially for realistic work, but it is a very worthy one so welcome aboard and happy painting!
