Steve has one of the greatest engineering minds there is. The fact that he shares that with us guitar builders is such a wonderful gift.
So what i am going to understand is, that your neck was built with minimal alignment. That speaks very well with your own build quality.

P.S. I hope you're working on another guitar design mpw that tje Challenger is off and running. Something shorter scale and double cut, maybe offset...everyone is making these boutique Jazzmaster type guitars and they are moving fast with waiting lists in some cases.
You at Texas Toast have the opportunity now to make something like it but unique, like a high end JM bridge and a cool body style, but nobody is really making a short scale version and I wish I had the means to do it myself, but you can. 24¹¾ inch or 24" Jazzmaster and jaguar...maybe combine them ito something amazing

THE ELUSIVE, NON STANDARDIZED "FALLAWAY" on electric guitars.
Hello, wanted to get your opinion. Have been confused by various methods of sanding frets to achive fallaway. from the various number of tape strips over the equally variable fret they go on to make a sanding beam angle. Anywhere from 2- 12 strips of tape and these put on the 5th, 12th, or 6th fret from the highest fret! Also, it seems this is unnecessary on a flat Fender style guitar and needed on an angled neck/ body? There appears no consensus.
Does pleking makes sense when changes in seasons affect my guitar necks to the point where I have to adjust neck (truss rod) every change in season?

Plek machine's are the sheeeeeiit! Have had 2 plek'd. They are perfect and so simple to play now. I'm sorry tho... that Challenger TT guitar is ugly af...
