I have a 2006 GS300 SE-L. Seriously fabulous car! I've had a '94 and they're good, but the gen3 with the V6 and 6 speed transmission is much better. More comfortable, much faster and very, very fast! (165mph). Being virtually silent; when the power is hit - it scares the living crap out of almost anything else on the road. I paid £2,400 for mine and it retails at around £6,500! But I'm definitely NOT selling. The gen3 is surprisingly economical too; 41+ mpg on the motorway and between 25 and 31 around town. (That's an Imperial gallon in the UK, the US gallon is a bit smaller). I've also got a pair of LS400's, show cars really, and wonderful to drive; but my GS300 is destined to be my daily driver for a long time to come. Little tip:- for a little extra economy, have your middle muffler removed and replaced with a straighy pipe! You'll gain a couple of extra mpg; much better acceleration.....and a really nice crackle under power! All good fun.
No need for aftermarket wheels. You can swap in the 17", 5-spoke wheels off a Lexus GS430. Those wheels looked fantastic on my '94 GS3 and sharpened up the handling. No need for coilovers unless you're gonna do autocross (kinda pointless in this car unless you do a manual trans swap). The handling and stance are already fine on these cars.
I have a fuse powered aux-in that plugs Into the factory antenna. Completely overpower that signal, and I added a sub to replace my blown Nakamichi sub.
I had one of these with the white top and grey bottom. Awesome little Lexus but no headroom whatsoever and the water pump broke down. Poor thing let the Lexus name down.
It’s been like a year
Literally depressing right, 7 months :||||||

The O6 300 are known for carbon build up and VSC light on all the time....the 2 jz doesn't have those issues

My 95 SC300 had an ecu that failed the same way. Had to send it to Driftmotion.

Whats the name of it or where to get it
@@ewieb some weird off brand, I don’t remember and it’s nicely tucked right behind the factory Nakamichi head unit, aux cord to lighting 👌
