Formication=inflammation of the nerves- feeling of ants/small bugs crawling under the skin. Solution= estrogen. I'm 68 & just started feeling this. Excellent video-Thank you doctors
Good to hear genuine medical info from medical professionals. I read some years ago that Hormone Replacement Therapy was causing medical problems in women. Great video.👍🏿
At least 2 doctors in my life have said I’m estrogen dominant but never said what to do. Also, diagnosed with PCOS but never told which one as I am not insulin resistant 🤨
Ive been estrogen dominant all my life. Im currently in hormone therapy because i went anemic after a miscarriage and my estrogen dipped to the point i have no feeling during intimacy. My advice would be making sure your vitamin d is up, make surw you're getting your minerals and your iron is up, and see about testing for food sensitivity. Im intolerant to gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and a few other things. Which impacted my periods badly, since periods are about detoxing.
I used to love this channel before it switched into a podcast format. Now if you do have a topic I might be interested in, it is buried in the middle of an hour+ podcast and I am just not interested in watching a long podcast to find it.
Are there any studies that show that Formication is the same as RLS? I do have RLS, but I also occasionally think there is something crawling on me even though I don't see anything. That feeling is not at all the same as RLS. Neither, of course, is constant.
I have the crawling feeling. It’s terrible. Im told it’s hystamine intolerance. Also was told I’m estrogen dominant. This was so interesting. I was taken off estro and only on test and prog. It’s so confusing.
I have endometrial lining thickening (ultrasound) I have to redo a ultrasound and if it’s still thick they want me to do a biopsy. My understanding is this is caused by low progesterone??? So does that mean estrogen dominant?

My mom suffers a lot with sleep disturbances. I'll tell her to watch this podcast! Very good info.

I wonder if diet in childhood and adolesence plays a role in how a woman goes through menopause.
If menopause marks the end of the egg supply, what does "Post menopausal" mean?

I still do shorter videos on Mondays! Hope you enjoy those
@@RenaMalikMD I do enjoy the short format videos when they are health related.
On a controversial point, how does menopause impact women in the workplace?

What if a woman donates all of her remaining eggs when she's in her 20's or 30's?
Does that mean she entered menopause early?
