i’m in an interracial relationship and i think one of the most frustrating things is the looks we get from strangers! like cmon now people! other than that i love it here
I was in a three year relationship with a black woman. The worst responses/looks we ever got were from black men. The two times that stuck out to me were: leaving the mall once and there was a large crowd of high-school to college age black guys, she pushed me away to avoid attention (either at her, or physical towards me) but we still got glared down. And another time riding an elevator in Las Vegas, an older black couple got in and the husband stared us (me, mainly) down for about 12 floors. As to the whole "I need to have conversations about race all time", that people mention often on here. Race came up in maybe a dozen specific racialized instances (what's a weave, getting lotion for her and skin tan oil for me, when the police pulled us over, etc)....99.9% of our relationship, it never needed discussion. My brother's wife, on the other hand, is also black and will start a conversation about race at the drop of a hat; to the point it's uncomfortable for other's in the family (an example when another sister's 7yr old shy son danced: "haha, he dances just like a little white boy"; that's the last time we saw him dance that night).
This was fun to watch. I love coach. And also homegirl should not be worried about offending anyone. The people coming onto the show know that they’re making themselves susceptible to stereotypes. It is what it is.
Yeah, kind of same. She seemed to just speak low of white people in ways that seemed extra. Idk. Maybe she wasn't trying to be like that and was anxious or she just 'overshot' her 'wokeness', but it felt a bit off.
@Daruki Neo she is expressing that she might not be correct about something (in this case, racial stereotypes); thus she is rightfully unsettled by the task she is asked to perform. Not to mention she also only missed one of them, so like yeah the amount of concern she has about herself is a bit excessive, but that could mean a wide variety of things and almost certainly comes from a good place. Also, inferiority complex / low-self esteem is almost always linked to a mental illness of some sort (social anxiety disorder, AVPD or the lesser form known informally as RSD, most forms of depression, NPD or sociopathy, and even disorders that arose from childhood experiences;) not only did she not express anything about herself that could reliably infer such an assumption that you had made, you had _also_ made, well, an assumption that could have multiple implications (all of which require professional help.) Now lets say she _does_ have an inferiority complex; why, in any possible way, would it be appropriate to make a belittling assumption about someone who constantly disparages themselves? Not to mention that I could incorrectly assume that you are a narcissist because "she said everything needed to know her. she has inferiority complex and that's it." is formatted in way that makes you, the writer, appear as an all knowing smartass who thinks they are superior to those who feel or seem inferior. Would I be wrong? Almost certainly. Having your guesses be right reinforces the stereotypes you have against whites and nonwhites. It makes you more confident in your biases, racism, and/or stereotypical beliefs. The girl has high emotional intelligence to be able to not only notice that but put it into words.
Instead of trying to ignore cultures and see this thing as "stereotypical white/nonwhite" look at this thing as just being happy and respectful towards others' cultures. the blonde girl is just the classic overcompensating white bitch that thinks she brings justice to all the world's wrong
Mexican isn't a race, it's a nationality. There are white Mexicans, indigenous Mexicans, mestizo (mixed) Mexicans, black Mexicans, etc. It's like saying your race is American.
1:04 REALLY?!...My wife and I are both black and when we were dating I'd go to her yoga class (well...I'd drive her there. It's not really my thing. I'm big into weighlifting), she's been begging me for a Pilates Reformer for YEARS (I plan to surprise her this Christmas), but I have done some of my own workout classes before. I'm ex-military and she's a former professional ballerina so I'm not sure what makes the girl in the video think that maintaining your physical fitness is strictly a "white people" thing.😕
Coach is so loveable and entertaining without being rude! Love that. They all did great though, I appreciated how honest the blonde lady was too. Weirdly I found this one easier to guess than the 'who has a black partner'!
I knew from the minute the guy mentioned making steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus that his partner was black. Idk how to explain it, but that gave it away to me. Also his style. Seeing that Cindy & Jeff are still together after their truth or drink episode made me happy.
Having your guesses be right reinforces the stereotypes you have against whites and nonwhites. It makes you more confident in your biases, racism, and/or stereotypical beliefs. The girl has high emotional intelligence to be able to not only notice that but put it into words.
You mean the blonde ?
I think it’s more so culture of groups of ppl. But that can also be seen as stereotypes too
some stereotypes are ok
That girl seemed like she was mad that she only got a few right and then tried to back peddled and tried to say that she didn’t like it
Instead of trying to ignore cultures and see this thing as "stereotypical white/nonwhite" look at this thing as just being happy and respectful towards others' cultures. the blonde girl is just the classic overcompensating white bitch that thinks she brings justice to all the world's wrong
12:37 Coach be like 'Remember my heart is good, my mouth is crazy' 😂
I am totally using that line to describe myself!!
Koach, Curtis , and Craig should do a episode like this together it would be hilarious !!!
12:47 bring my girl back for asian or not🤣
Fr😂😂
0:41 she has that "get out" vibes💀 Aint no black person going to your dinner party
Good , now acknowledge her anti white male racism and we good
“She’s saying what she’s saying but I’m seeing what I’m seeing.” 😭😂
Lmao. Period!
Please keep bringing that brother back in many of your future episodes. If you haven't realized yet, he is very enjoyable and keeps it fun
Mexican isn't a race, it's a nationality. There are white Mexicans, indigenous Mexicans, mestizo (mixed) Mexicans, black Mexicans, etc. It's like saying your race is American.
The overwhelming majority are mestizo. Like 90-95% visible mestizo. And I'm half Mexican
Coach is so cool! Absolutely love whenever he is in vids, his energy is great
❤ thank you
Coach for MVP. Video was so wholesome.
omg the second couple got together in another CUT video, that's so cute I'm so happy they lasted 🤧
That "woke" lady was one of the most bigoted people you've ever had on this channel.
I thought that at first too but I think it was like “ do you go yoga, Pilates for fun social hour ?” Idk 💀
Everyone needs a Coach in their life.
I want to be his friend sooo bad
I don’t know his name but any time y’all bring the black guy into to guess or judge I have a field day 😂😂
Comments say Coach so I think it's the name.
@@Papi_21 that's because at 9:59 he introduces himself as Coach 😂
Thank you❤
Love how she said she didn't want to offend people then proceeds to say a super offensive thing at 4:50 . ooof
Dude that shit was so outta pocket, I’m like shocked that girl even laughed at that I would have made a confused face
"some people buzz, some people fade" - Socrates probably
the asian girl kept focusing on whether the partner is asian just bc she's one and pretty much got them all wrong
this!!
so cringe tbh
I'm black and my husband is white. We are getting ready to celebrate our 6th year anniversary
Ok
Aww that's so cute congrats!!
Congratulations!!
Can't see anyone that asked
It was him knowing the partner was white when he said “He buzzes it down”😂😂 lmfaooo man said “Some people buzz👨🏼some people fade👨🏾” 😭😂😂
“MY HEART IS GOOD, MY MOUTH IS CRAZY” -Coach 🤣🤣🤣
that white girl annoyed me so bad like she really wanted to be woke😭

@@09072000704 i love how we’re both looking at recent comments to see who else is on preying on the annoying people
@@beachwave5705 recent comments speak the most truth😂
@@09072000704 wokeness is a virus
@Dawn yeah she was right.
When mama said “when you go into the house, what is the first thing you do”…that was it. That was the key question that will give it away lol
"Some people buzz, some people fade." Genius.
😂😂😂
Coach is so loveable and entertaining without being rude! Love that. They all did great though, I appreciated how honest the blonde lady was too. Weirdly I found this one easier to guess than the 'who has a black partner'!
this one was way better. better observations, the assumptions were more reasonable, funnier overall.
Coach made me laugh a lot, what great energy. Bring him back more!
Blue hat guy is HILARIOUS
Coach literally makes this episode.. he has such a HILARIOUS personality
She’s saying what she’s saying but I’m seeing what I’m seeing 😂😂😂
Who remembers that interracial couple around 5:40mins !! They were in another video concept of the Cut and they were not dating yet 👀👀
OMG I have to watch this video
I love how sweet everyone was and how no one was offended. Love this episode
You think the blonde lady was sweet ? Wow that tells alot about you
Haha yes thank u she was unbearable, tried too hard
6:50 "It just sounds boring." LMAOOO
That asian girl knew right away the guy’s gf was black when he said he took care of its child but used the curly hair as the excuse as to not look bad
This was such a heartwarming episode everyone was coming from such a pure place love to see it !💕💕
Not really, the white woman was heavily annoying
@TheSiGeLp agreed
12:33 my heart is good, my mouth is crazy🤣
I knew from the minute the guy mentioned making steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus that his partner was black. Idk how to explain it, but that gave it away to me. Also his style. It's very fly, and I knew whoever he's in a relationship with would have to match it or be on a similar wavelength. Not surprised at all by that one.
But isn't that typical white ppl food? especially the asparagus
The way he spoke I just felt it in my soul she’s black lol
Same
@@station12a No.💀
@sqwerty Not really.
The grl with the brown tank top is the literal embodiment of the term 'White Guilt'
13:03 was the best moment. Her little, "YEAH! HE'S WHITE!!" that was so cute.
