What a beautiful vehicle! My fave body style of Suburban. I have an ‘04 Burb w/ 193k miles and it still runs and shifts smooth! I have been slowly but surely getting new parts on it and changing all the fluids and hopefully it lasts me awhile longer. Perfect camping rig as I can fit the whole family and all of our gear! Congrats on the find and for $5k that’s a steal!
I need some updates! Lol. I have an 05 1500HD GMC Quadrasteer. I love it. Constantly looking for more. If I come across any QS, I’m going to do everything I can to latch on to it. It turns heads everywhere I go.
If you guys haven't gotten the seats done yet I would recommend getting the katskinz seat covers they're about 1200 bucks but technically it replaces all the leather and puts in new leather and for an extra grand you can get heated and cooled seats
So funny thing is that I worked for Buyers Chevy in Dublin Ohio. Me and my buddies took a quad steer suburban JUST LIKE THAT one. White LT. to Sturgis in 2004 . I bet money that's the same one we took. We hauled. 4 Harleys out to Sturges in it. I'd really be interested in if it's it. Not sure i'f I could find a picture w it in it or not but wouldn't that be cool. Anyway you can run the VIN?
This truck will give you 8 to 10 Miles on gallon .it takes at about 35 gallons on gas tank you will love this truck . one more thing gas line and fuel line is all rusted.Be prepared
Diesel swap?I got a duramax sitting lly the ficm gave out in 05/21 it just been sitting ran great 4k obo and it's yours would love to see it run again 😃
Made lots of 2500s. Could get either 6.0 or 8.1 (but only 6.0 with quadrasteer). I have an 06 with the 8.1 and 4.10 gears. Rated to tow 12k. Really comfortable and reliable trucks.

My 04 has 350k original motor and transmission. It does run a bit funny but it pulls the race car to the track every weekend....

yes, there was a set of marker lights over the third brake light, they are rare as hens teeth, goo luck finding one.

FYI the 16,000 Quadrasteers is for 2002-2004 production it does not include how many they made in 2005
4600 were Yukon XL’s/Suburban’s. 65% of those were Yukon XL’s. So they are pretty rare.
