This is HDR Analysis tool Lilium : github.com/EndlesslyFlowering/ReShade_HDR_shaders. Now it is integrated in ReShade, you can simply download Reshade, without downloading it from github, and check the Lilium HDR during installation. Tool uses shader to analyze the output of nits, give it a try, very useful tool 🙂
