What mounts are used for light bars? How were they mounted? Thanks!
Hey Kevin , I’ve got a camp up on Chesuncook lake in the village so I purchased the 21 expedition SE 900 ace. I like the utility lights that are under the mirrors but they’re quite pricey. My question to you is for the light bar that you have on the front of both of those and how that wires in

Did you upgrade the shocks in the skid as well or just the fronts? Is there a big difference in handling between the upgraded shocks and the one with stock? If you did what did you go to Im thinking of doing the same. Thanks, good review.
Just the front shocks. I changed them out just so it would take the bigger bumps on the trail much better. I never really rode the sled hard on the trail.

Excellent video. I just ordered a 2023 SE with the 850 with the aux LED high beams, the GPS glove box extension and the full skid plate. Very much looking forward to it.

Hey Kevin what a great video.I was interested in this for my next sled br I'm not a 2 stroke guy.Would have loved this model in Arctic desert with the 900ace na.I ended up snow checking a Renegade Adrenaline with 900Ace instead and have decided to upgrade the track,skis , add the Adventure front bumper and full skid plate to make it a little more off trail friendly. I think the Expedetion Extreme in Arctic Desert is one of the nicest looking sleds on the snow.A pretty common sled in Quebec saw plenty of them this year when my wife and I took a trip there.Thanks again for this awesome review

Kevin-Awesome hearing some real world insight vs the straight on sales pitch. What would you guesstimate the fuel economy to be while trail riding in high range?
Hey Robert, thank you for the kind words! I mostly trail rode this while it was still in break-in and got about 10mpg
@@ROBERTSONSPOWERSPORTS Considering break in mode, most likely lower gearing even in high range and the weight of the sled not bad! I shudder every time I reminisce about my 98 MachZ. 8 mpg downhill, uphill, into a hurricane or out. It didn’t matter. I couldn’t pass a gas station. Time to turn our thoughts to Can Ams & Sea Doos!
What liners did you put on the ds 3 skis
These are the Ski-Doo liners
Yes but which liners? so far ds2 and ds 7.4 are the only skis that have liners available and the expedition xtreme come with ds3 ski

Yes they are.
Hi I have a montana 680 but I according to the brp website the montana gps kit sold by brp is not compatible with the skidoo Gen 4 could you tell me how you installed one on your expedition
The only difference is the power plug on the end of the mounting cradle, the 680 uses the old style connector that is found on models previous to the G4. All you have to do is solder on a G4 style plug to the 680 cradle wiring and it will work no problem. I think there is also an aftermarket kit that has an adapter that goes from the old style to the new style. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
