Rent sunkar to mereko aisa dhak dhak horela hai. Maine agar kabhi rent pe liya hai ghar to Delhi ncr me to this is way tooo kuch for me.

Hello! There are a lot of apps as I mentioned - no broker, flat and flatmates - page on facebook...please look into it and 15k is a good amount and you will be able to find a nice home.

A fully-furnished 1BHK can cost you somewhere 25k around, there is no upper limit. There are areas like Siddharth Nagar, Bangur Nagar, or evem Sunder nagar in Malad west that you can opt for. Or look for places around Malad Mindspace, since your office is in Goregaon easy commute :)

I want a flat for rent near walking distance from lower parel station. So what is the budget rent available?
Lower Parel, is around 23/25k for 1BHK...
Will it be a sharing room? Or I have to live alone. And secondly what is the broker and deposit charge
@@rahulsannigrahi8550 no this is for full 1BHK. Brokerage you will need to discuss with the broker, normally it is equal to the rent. But you can completely negotiate. Second, deposit is 50k around.

Hi Aanya, how can a single girl unmarried easily get a flat to stay alone without going through society rules of Mumbai which deny flats to bachelor woman/ widow and divorcee women. This is a common issue in Mumbai, they usually don't give flats to people of this category. Especially to actors and models.

Hey! Definitely there are PG options and flats available. However, depends what your budget is. As Ville Parle area is a pricey area in terms of rent. You can check out no broker to get a specific and best idea.

I am not aware of any options available for unmarried couples. My only advice is to keep on looking. If not in chembur, Andheri could be an option.

Hey! I don't have much idea about the rental details of that area, but you can always look for brokerage free properties on No Broker. That is legit the best option I have tried

There a lot of number of pg options and shared flat options available. Do look for options on No Broker, or 99 acres (you might find some broker contact details here). What I am aware of is that the rent in and around Nariman point will be on the higher end. But PG or shared flat would definitely be suffice.

Navi Mumbai is relatively cheaper in comparison to the suburbs so around 12k main you can get 1BHK (obviously goes up with the area and building)

Yes, definitely. I found mine via the same, and I liked the experience, however, you can register for different ones as well, for a broader lookout. But No Broker is great!

2000 is very low budget. You might be able to find PGs at this cost, and you will have to look for NoBroker or Facebook for these.
