Very informative information my friend. Secondary beam is also called concealed beam. Purpose of this beam is to reduce span length (Distance between two columns). It is normally providing in stair case area where span is more than 5 meter in length.
Please advice
1) what should be minimum distance between natural ground level and bottom of plinth beam?
2) Is DPC is still necessary if provide plinth beam.
3) is it necessary to provide plinth beam in Load bearing brick structure? I have notice that in village, no one is providing plinth beam in Load bearing brick structure.

Basically. Foundation is dependent upon soil properties. .
1 .cohesion less soil ( sandy .clay )-- pile.or raft or both pile and raft..
2 cohesion soil. (Normal soil.) -- pile or footing . (Strip. Isolated. Trapezoidal fitting etc.. ).
General if structure is heavy then pile foundation. Is mostly use. Up to hard soil layer of soil profile.....

Plinth beam and garde beam is different according to size. . If the beam size less than 300mm then it called plinth other wise grade beam. . Both are provide in starting of superstructure. . Generally garde beam use in high building. Structure. And plinth beam use in upto 3story building....
Load carrying capacity of garde beam is grater than plinth beam..
Mostly 10 &12mm bar are use as main bar. And 8 &10mm bar are use as strriup. . the spacing of c/c normally 150-200mm . ... No extra bar use in plinth beam. But in case grade beam extra bar (support bar. For counteract the negative moment near support. L/4) are use. Bcs garde beam carrring heavy load transfer capacity

Gently slab /chajja. Which is cantilever portion. . Are depend upon bar bending schedule. . And design. Bdwy no. Limit . In cantilever structure.... If the desgin is perfect then upto 10m of cantilever structure will constructed
