@@rachanasameeri9688 you need to have your foundation columns then according to road level decide what are you going to keep the height of house which will be your floor level. After that brickwork will be done of about a one feet or to your requirements. On top of brickwork of one feet the plinth level will be laid. After it you need to fill the depth with sand or small stones or broken bricks. You cannot fill earth after plinth as it will settle down and your floor will be damaged later.

Yes.. It is needed of dpc after two or three cousres of brickwork.... Bcoz dampness started from soil which beneath under floor...
After applied dpc..there is about o. 5 per chances of dampness..
